JWC Evangelism Team Members
Big T (Thom Van Vleck): Thom specializes in ripping phone
books in half, laying on the bed of nails while being pounded with
sledge hammers and loaded with over 1000lbs of people, blowing up hot
water bottles, bending steel bars, breaking padlocks, and the Sword
Brother B (Brian Kerby): Brian is our "preacher man" that
sports muscular 22" arms at his best. He does the "kid lift", Bench
press, skillet roll up, stone lifting, and concrete block breaking.
Brian has preached at over 50 different Churches in his career!
Mad John (John O'Brien): John is the Ph.D. Chemistry
Professor that is out to prove that Scientists are not all nerds! John
is multi talents in the strength world being one of only a few that have
bent the legendary "Red Nail" and proves his worth as a world class
short steel bender. John also specializes in our strongman feats with
barbell and dumbbell lifts, farmers walk, stone lifting, and picking up
just about anything that's really, really heavy. He also does science
demonstrations that often involve something blowing up!
Special K (Brett Kerby): Brett is Brian's little brother,
being nearly half the man (literally) Brian is and while we like to give
him a hard time about his "runt of the litter" status when you see him
bend short steel (he is also a "Red Nail" bender), bend wrenches, rips
decks of cards into halves, quarters, and even eighths, you will realize
that he is a special talent doing things even the "big guys" can't.
Over the years, we have had many "guest" performers and had the
chance to perform with big groups, like Omegaforce and Team Xtreme in
venues as big as the Arnold Fitness Expo in Columbus, Ohio and the
Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri as well as many venues large and
small! Some of our guests include regulars Mitch Ridout and Eric Todd.
Contact Thom Van Vleck at email@example.com to schedule the team. We work on a free will offering but we do appreciate the compensation of our expenses and travel. However, we are cheap! A full show we would need $150 and gas money if it's away from Kirksville. This is much cheaper than bigger teams and we do all the same feats they do! We have our own sound system as well
